I have a new to me 2016 Chrysler Town & Country Touring. My wife has a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan GT, so nearly the same vehicle, radio is the touch screen with all the features. I updated the UConnect correctly to the latest version using Chrysler's VIN tool. Using a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra phone. Both her phone and my phone work PERFECTLY in her vehicle. In the Town & Country, you have to turn the volume up to 38 (max) when using the phone on Bluetooth and it's very soft. We both have the exact same issue - won't get actually loud. Using Satellite or AM/FM radio, or the built-in HDD for music - they all go LOUD, just not while on Bluetooth.
