5th gen inner tie rod
Has anyone ever changed the passenger side inner tie rod?I'm pretty sure I have to remove the heat shield,but I'm really wondering what the bolt or screw is on top of the inner tie rod.I can't find any after market tie rods that have this.There is actually a hump in the heat shield to accommodate it.Does anyone know what it's for, or if I need it on the replacement?
