6 disk dvd player has no power

Just purchased a grand voyager 55 plate. The 6 disk dvd player is not working appears to not have power? Any ideas?

I could be barking up the wrong tree but when these players develop a fault the 6 LED's start flashing in sequence while the ignition is on. Only way to stop this is by unplugging the unit from behind.

I was suggesting that the previous owner may have disconnected the power from the rear of the unit to stop the LED's from flashing continuously.

No Alan. Ah that makes may have disconnected to stop the flashing. Tried.the screen last night that did not work either. I do have the remote and it's working. Thanks
