If i bought a similar key (actual key) can it be coded/programmed to work? I only have one working key and 2 fobs which arent working. Similarly can a second hand fob be programmed by a locksmith to work

As far as I am aware you need one fob to be working to make two. But maybe dealer issue.

 

some locksmiths can, but not many. Usually a dealer job

Sounds like an expensive trip to the dealer...

An eBay key can be programmed by a dealer. Once you have two working keys you can program more by yourself.

As for the FOBs, you need at least one to work before you can program more yourself. Again, the dealer is probably your only hope here... BUT, are your FOBs working at all? Maybe the battery needs to be replaced is why they don't work.

 

I put n new batteries and still didnt work. i must pointout when i bought the car few months ago the fobs werent working and it had one key which buyer had told me

I had the same problem. I bought a spare key from ebay, had it cut so mechanically it fits perfect.

However it cannot be programmed using the "standard" technique shown for US chrysler key programming...

I have two original keys & two fobs.. all working

Seems that UK voyagers do not support extra key programming :-(
