98 T&C electrical problems

98 T&C electrical problems
My 1998 town & country LXi van has recently developed the following electrical problems:
1. Radio doesn't power on (the lighter outlet works)
2. Overhead reading lights don't work (bulbs are okay)
3. Climate control button backlights keep flashing
4. Rear wiper control backlights don't light up
I've checked all fuses, they are good. Greatly appreciate any help diagnosing these problems.
