Default Major Electrical Problems with 2008 T&C

I have a 2008 T&C with some type of serious intermittent electrical problem. I will be driving down the road and the windshield wipers just turn on, all of the dash lights start flashing, all kinds of beeping and dinging bells go off and the radio turns on and off. The dealer looks at me like I'm crazy when I tell him this because, OF COURSE, it never does it when he test drives.

Now, looking over the internet, it seems like I'm not the only one. Here's a 3 minute You Tube video of a T&C that does exactly what mine is doing:

Anyone know what's causing this and how to get corrected?

I had the same symptoms of the OP on my 05 TC. Bought used in 2009 w/52K miles. No speedo, most of the dash lights flashing and staying on. I was able to drive it to a dealer but warranty was not in the national base. I drove it home. Home dealer charged and Ok'ed the battery. Still had intermediate problems. Took back to dealer couldnt find any problem. They ok'ed the battery again. I finally replaced the battery and problem went away. To think the dealer was to cheap to replace the battery! My conclusion is that van uses a lot of electric and eats batteries.

Go for a New Battery. But check charge of Alternator to make sure its charging right. Should be over 13.5v.
