Irregularly occuring, when you turn the headlights on, the dash lights do not come on. I also found out from a friend following me one time that my running tail lights are not on when this happens. (Brake lights are fine). Without cause, they will just come on and everything is normal. Sometimes takes less than a minute, sometimes 15 minutes. They eventually always come on. Murphy's Law, when I want them to not work to troubleshoot, I can't get it to do it.
Went to dealer for a relay and help, (wiring diagram, etc.) He was not willing to help a DIY and said that it could be a Body Control Module and that would be about $700.

Can anyone help with a electrical schematic for these circuits or experienced this before?
