99 voyager burned misding VIN

99 voyager burned misding VIN

Hi, my plymouth voyager burned and the VIN number is missing behind the winshield Is there any other place it could be. Scrap yard will not take without VIN number. Thanks

Don't know where you are located, but in the USA, the dash and the drivers door placard are the only places for the vin. They won't accept reg/title/insurance card?

The VIN number is located somewhere under the floor in outside.
