I googled for "replace windshield wiper motor 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 2017 town & country grand caravan" and came up empty. Anyone aware of a video?

I know how to get to the motor. I'm mostly concerned with "gotchas". I seem to recall on another vehicle that you had to be aware of the position of something on the replacement unit.
