Default Automatic Headlights Option

I have an 06 Town and Country. My old car had automatic headlights and really miss that feature. Does anyone know of a way to add this to a vehicle? I noticed that when I turn off my car, my lights stay on for 30 or so seconds, so it seems like it at least has some smart functionality built into it where it wouldnt be too difficult to add, but I have no idea where to go about doing it. Thanks.
