back rear seat motor issues

new at this, first time threading. i have a 2007 t&c with power tailgate seats. should never bought power seats.
anyway they have been fixed under the warranty. out of warranty now, and wondering does anybody know how to replace the gears in the drivers side seat?
or where to bu the least expensive parts? or a factory schematic?
