Battery Drain
#24
It happens randomly, every couple of weeks or so. Sometimes after sitting for a few days but not always. 3rd battery about 3 months old. I've had the battery tested a 2 different battery/ auto shops. Last battery I put in another car and it is fine. I am wondering does anyone know if the entire fuse box is supposed to remain powered up or just certain fuses? My thought is some should only power up when key is on or in accessory position.
Can't explain why, but that fixed it.

I think they got wise on the 300. A friend stopped by so I could check out a transmission problem and the battery was in the trunk and it was huge!.. like 2 minivan batts end to end. Now the 300 does not have 2 sliding doors and a rear electric lift gate, not to mention 8+ interior lights, yet they stuff a huge battery in that car.

I have the largest battery for it. I found a fuse in the power box under the hood that can be put either for battery or accessory. Moved it to accerssory haven't had a problem since feburary 10th. Here's hoping
