Default Battery Light is on....

Well, I just got a 2001 T&C and so far I have had nothing but problems with it. After having it for 3 days, the O2 sensor goes out and the muffler is almost falling off. Driving the other day the battery light comes on, not 30 seconds later the gauges all go from reading correctly to bottoming out and the interior lights start flickering, and then the van dies. No restart. I went and got a new battery, put it in and it started perfect. 2 days after the new battery the same thing happens again. I took the alternator and had it tested, tested good (had them run it 3 times just to be sure). What else could it be? I am hoping it is not the PCM but if it is, so be it. Any ideas as to what I am over looking?

Thank you joker, I will check tomorrow. Anyone happen to have a wiring schematic so I know how many grounds there are and where?
