Default blower motor

We have a 2001 town & country limited, the front blower motor does not work at all; i.e at any speed settings. The rear blower works, I switched fuses, front to rear, and no change. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Thanks. Are there any checks first, or go ahead and replace the module. Appreciate you sharing your knowledge.

Smile 2001 blower motor

I checked the 3 wire connector and had 13.8v with the van running between the black/orange and dark blue. and had 13.8 between the dark blue and light blue. Had nothing on the second connector (black and green). I gather thats the pigtail to the blower motor?

I'm slow with repairs, life is full with kids and work.

C1 connector

Pin A - Black/orange stripe - Ground
Pin B - Dark blue/light blue stripe - Control voltage from A/C heater panel
Pin C - Dark Blue - Primary voltage from relay

C2 connector pins 1 & 2 to motor

If you like you can jumper pin C to pin 1 then jumper pin 2 to ground to try to spin the motor.

No luck with the blower module. Replaced it yesterday and no change. Looks like the blower motor. I should of tried power to it before the buying the module. Sounded reasonable.

Blower motor works, I used a 12v car battery and the blower ran fine. Is it possible I was sent a bad blower module?
