Brake Noise in a 2011

Brake Noise in a 2011
Front brakes make a loud nois and shudder whe you brake hard.Also makes a noise when you let off the brake slowly at a stop lite etc.
The braks may have been damp at the time this happens I had the van washed the day before.
Also when on a hill and you put the van in reverse it will roll forward when you let off the brake to go back ? I took the van to the dealer ( 6000 miles ) and after about an hour they said nothing wrong that they could see.
This is my first van and I do not understand all the things that I think are wrong. Thank you for any help you can give me.
