Default A/C Question / Problem

Hey guys, I replaced an A/C compressor last year, it just quit on me and was wondering if there is anything I missed.

The compressor clutch will not engage.

- The Relay and Fuses are fine
- Switch is working, relay clicks on when pressed
- Low side pressure is plenty high
- Bypassed Terminal 30/87 on the relay, no clutch activity (With relay inserted)
- Fan is working on temp, not on A/C
- Right side fan kicks on/off for cooling
- neither fan stays on

If I remember correctly, the fans kick on by the pressure switch or at least a previous model did, but jumping the relay should have engaged the clutch regardless of the pressure switch, right?

I can turn the compressor itself, spins normally, some pressure but spins freely. Feels smooth, not the pulley but the compressor itself spins. When running, the pulley spins fine too, no noises or issue.

When I can take it down, I'll jump 12V right to the compressor but that will have to wait until I remove it.

It was working fine for the last 11 months, just went warm one day.

Any other ideas?

New compressor and clutch on the way, it was only 299 days old so still under warranty.
