Hello everyone, i recently bought a Chrysler Grand Voyager MY2010 2.8 CRD, it has 2 weird things, when its idle it vibrates a lot (almost getting a massage) and i wonder what or how to fix, the second thing is that my right sliding door opens but end the door doesnt lock and want to close again.

Sounds familliar to one of you? I hope you can help, did some Google Foo but couldnt really find a solution.

This really isn't an answer, but it can be counted as advice.
I live in Kansas City, Kansas, and cars get broken into plenty. Some people smash windows just to look into the glove box in the hope there is something valuable. I kind of solve the problem. I always leave my car unlocked with nothing valuable in it. The only time I leave something valuable is when I also have my dog with me. She won't really bite anyone, but she will bark a lot.
Other people get their windows broken. My window damage is at a minimum.
