Chrysler Town Country 2005 3.8

Symptoms;
Dashboard didn't light up. And power sliding door didn't open
Sat for an hour; Then started up the van.
Dashboard working. Lit up, and sliding door is working.

- But Engine light now came on. Error codes; U110C U0140 U015

Was suggested to replace the ECM (engine control module) or ECU (engine control unit).

 

IF mine, I would start off cleaning the battery terminals and posts and coating with Dielectric grease. Then trace back the ground cables from the battery and clean those connection points along with Dielectric grease also. There is also a ground small gage wire near the drivers side strut tower...check for that also.
