Hmm...Your problem sounds a little more serious if it's shutting off while driving & no codes. Definitely sounds like gas or computer related.

Mine on the other hands is only at idle, stopped or as I release the accelerator at very low speeds (such as 1-5 mph). I have a Mechanic working on it, & he is starting with the T.P.S. (Throttle Positioning Sensor).

Thanks, but the injector connector is brand new nearly and the revs are really clean, never misfired under load or idle, if the injector doesnt work wouldnt the turbo stop working also?

Turbo works on exhaust gas pressure. If you have a sticky injector or intermittent fault, then as long as the engine revs up then you will have pressure enough to spin the turbo. Virg///M3 may be right about a computer glitch but check the easy (cheapest) things first. I coudn`t rule out computer issues entirely but with diesels it`s almost always fuel or air issues.

Been informed the injector itself is brand new and fully checked out my best guess is an electrical fault and its very intermittent

The dreaded intermittent fault. Notoriously difficult to pin down.Next thing to look at is all electrical connections including earth straps, working your way back to the brain. (Cheapest first) Once you are sure everything checks out ok if it still persists then ignition key barrel could be a possibility. I sounds daft but if there is a problem there and you have a big bunch of keys dangling from the ingnition key ....... ! I had a similar problem with a Saab & it turned out to be a worn barrel. Hard cornering with a big bunch of keys hanging of it caused a short & misfire, while it ran fine in a straight line!

Default crd cutting out

i have a 2.5 crd with engine cutting out.if you remove battery and tray
you wil find some wires wich are not insulated. check grey wire with pink
chaser this wire rubs on chassis.this wire triggers fuel pump.check this
had no problems ever since

My problem has finally been resolved, I don't think it will resolve your problem but with these vehicles who knows. My T&C ('03) kept stalling while idle or stopping at low speeds. Turns out that it was the Cam & Crank sensor. Actually, it was only one of these my my Mechanic told me its best to replace them both, so we did and after two months it has yet to stall. Hope this helps in any way. Good Luck.
