Default Clicking or slapping sound from heater/ac blower

Hey, got a 2008 Chrysler T and C. At start up there is a loud clicking or slapping noise coming from the heater/ac blower, under the passenger side of dash. Don't think its a bomb, but figure it will get worse with time. Anyone know what to fix, or replace?

Could it be something stuck/caught in the heater matrix/fan getting caught by it when on? Does the sound change if the fans are low or high?

Pop the cover off the particle filter (Passenger side footwell, plastic door cover) and take a look if anything is stuck/jammed in there.
