Default Clutch issues Grand voyager 2.5 diesel crd

Hi

After replacing the release bearing and rebuild the clutch, put in a new clutch master the car refuse to go into 1st, 2nd and reverse. I only go into gear one the car has been switch of, and start again. Can someone maybe assist on what the problem could be.

Can you see the master cylinder operating when the clutch pedal is depressed? Could just be air in the system that needs bleeding. I believe it can be difficult to bleed the system.

Edit: Can you see the SLAVE cylinder operating when the clutch pedal is depressed?

As Alan says the clutch is not fully depressing, gearbox is still being driven and sincro hubs are not slowing the gears down to allow gear change.
