Default Confused

My 2010 Town and Country has me confused. A couple of weeks ago I was driving it and the van was struggling to even hit 40 mph. Check engine light came on, Throttle control system came on, and the traction control warning came on, on dry roads. This wasn't the first time that the throttle control system warning came on, previously I took off the throttle body and cleaned that all up, and that took care of the light for about a week, then the above mentioned took place. I had a mechanic take a look at it, and all of the trouble codes were pointing towards the EGR Valve, so I put in a new one of those and again the van ran very sluggish, and all of the warning lights immediately came back on, after they had been cleared. Checked the battery, while the van is running it voltage is at 14.5, when off, voltage is at 12. Any help would be appreciated, getting tired of dumping money into it.

Just a wee quicky answer here, I don't like the state of the Battery. Battery looks like its struggling to hold a charge after switching off and reads 12v as it drops.

Agreed that's less than 50%, mid summer California petrol maybe (but still needs sorting) winter petrol or CRD - no chance.

Should be 6x 2.1 volts per cell @ charged @ less than 1/2 of 2.1 volts that's 50%. SLI's are considered discharged at 12.39 volts or less.
