Coolant leak (again) trying to identify

There should be no drip or steam. Best check when engine/heater and coolant cold due to metal expansion.

Well today had a chance to look around some more, found I had to put some more water in, again not loads disappearing, again just below the line in the bottle.

I had a good old look around and think I might have spotted it, and I think the bad news is it's the radiator giving up at the corner.



Difficult to see in the photo there but that was slightly wet to the touch, and as it hadn't rained here today I reckon that's the spot or thereabouts. Now to look into a new radiator and fitting I guess :-(

I had a drip drip leak for a while then a complete failure. It was a small "U" bend underneath,off side, I think it linked the water pump. Cost £29

Bit of an old thread, but to tie things up, I decided to order a new radiator (From ebay which was about £70) as I could see brown coolant down one side of it.
Turns out it was the top left (looking from the bumper towards the engine) seam had started to leak.

I did a full video on the radiator replacement if anybody else needs it:
