Why not replace the pipes with rubber coolant hose. I've bridged out my Auxiliary heater with coolant hose so if steel pipe which is covered in grease at mo had been leaking I would have carried on the hoses to sound pipe up back of engine. Exhaust pipe in area might be an issue, but don't think it's that close. But wrapping hoses in thin Aluminium would probably do.

I cannot see the pictures (new member limitation I guess) but I might know a man who could make this...

I have encountered the above problem and I would be very grateful if someone could point me in the right direction on where to get the part please. I have contacted several breakers with no joy and as I dont have a part number I cant even search for a new part.
Thank you.

If you are in or near Kent UK, then contact Fast Road conversions (https://www.facebook.com/fastroadconversions.ashford). They are specialist pipe manufacturers, and would be able to bend / make anything like this.

If you are elsewhere, look for bespoke exhaust manufacturers near you. They have pipe in stock, and have the machines to bend it. Fast Road would make this in stainless steel, which would then out-live the car.
