Default Crank but no start

Hi Folks, is there anyone who could help. I have a wheelchair accessible 2007/2008 Grand Voyager diesel that is refusing to start, it turns over but no start .Its been 8 days now working on it but to no avail it would help me a great deal if i could get hold of a manual Not a Haynes but a full workshop manual.I think there is a problem between the Lift Pump Relay, the relay is good and i have power at the lift pump end but pin 30 on the relay that is supposed to be live at all times and is showing nothing and i cant seem to connect to the Fuel Pump in the tank. I am doing all this from my wheelchair so its pretty difficult and slow. I did read a thread on here indicating that someone had a manual but don't know how to contact him. I would be very greatful of any ideas as i cant go anywhere until its repaired. I am tearing my hair out what am i missing.
All the best

Default Crank but not starting .

Hello Taskmaster , I have had this problem intermittently but what I've noticed it happens if I turn the key too quickly . What I mean is turn key one click at a time and wait a few seconds , this seems to work for me , although sometimes I forget and it won't start . I know this seems simple but sometimes simple is best . Good luck , Regards Malcolm .

Hi Malcolm, Thank you so much for your reply and help, i will try your suggestion and let you know although i think not hearing the fuel pump kick in might be a give away. I am surprised that no one has responded with more suggestions and will for sure post the solution when i find it.
Many thanks
Steve

Might check into the WIN (Wireless Ignition Node) module. I am having similar issues. Doesn't usually start with the key unless I leave it at ON for a few secs, then START. Usually starts with the remote, but not always. It's a bad day when the remote start fails twice, 'cause then I have to wait 10 minutes for something to reset before I can start the car again. I tried swapping all the relays in the fuse box, no change. I'll be doing all the cheap stuff first (plugs and wires etc., ) before replacing the WIN module or fuel pump.

Default i only wish

Hi, SSPT&C,Thanks for your suggestion but there is no life in this van at all..Firstly its a diesel and i cant find any manuals anywhere, its like something has just shut of the pump or fuel supply via a fault (electrical) i have no fault codes anywhere. I have stripped down cleaned inspected the IPM, tested all the relays all good. There is one relay that i don't know what it is for its by the PCM its GREY while the others 3-4 are black and i think there for the fans. I am doing all this from my wheelchair so its a bit of a stretch, over the weekend my wife and i managed to jack the car up and get it on ramps,iv'e managed to pull myself under the van and disconnect the fuel module so as to test for continuity, but until it stopped raining i cant test it. Be shure to know that i will let you all know what the problem is when i find it, until then were stuck at home for a bit longer its like Covid all over again.
All the best
Steve

Default Keep drawing a blank

Hi to all, i am still drawing a blank here guys, i am afraid i am being led down to many dead ends, surly some one out there can help. I have 2007/2008 grand voyager diesel 2.8 that wont start, the only manual i can find is from 1994 and it is just not helping, I have changed the BCM because it was suggested that may be the problem, i have removed the fuel tank to access the pump only to find NO PUMP just the sender unit which operates fine, another youtube dead end, i have stripped down the IPM checked all fuses tested all relays cleaned all terminals, inspected all wiring to the IPM all good, and still i have nothing. There is one relay along front left of engine next to the Fan relays its Grey in colour so different from the others could possibly be Heater Plug Relay i have tested it and it clicks so presume wrongly or writely that it is working, i am using a relay tester, tests the relay 10 times if all good led turns green if bad turns red. I am doing all this from my wheel chair or dragging myself across the floor, iv'e tested myself to the max but being Paraplegic is no fun, my wife and i are both exhausted and haven't left the house in weeks. Our situation is now desperate is there anyone can help or at least make a possative suggestion, ( please keep it clean ) a manual would help and i am happy tp pay for the correct one, not a Haynes.
All the best
Steve
