Default 02 Sebring no fuel

So here's t the background. 2002 Sebring 2.4 SOHC vin G coupe auto 130k original timing belt, A friend of mine was driving and here car starting overheating claims not all the way to red and steaming badly from the hood. Then it lost power and wouldn't start. Now it is towed to me. First I think TB snapped since its way past due. Amazingly its not, I decide it needs to be changed along with the WP, balance shaft belt, and a tune up in general. So after I get into the TB replacement I see the it did not jump timing, but I see the balance shaft belt broke. I installed a new TB and balance shaft belt. TB never went off beat and is perfectly in time. I am getting spark at both coil packs. I replaced the fuel filter sock and manual ran 12 v to the pump and it turns on right away. When I check for power from the connector during priming or cranking I have nothing going to the pump. I do not have a power distribution center diagram as there are a few relays with an engine symbol and need to identify the Fuel pump relay and ASD relays. Also I keep reading the fuel pump relay and ASD relay are on the firewall but I don't see any relays mounted there, is this just older models?

A quick Question, before we get involved.......

Crank the car, and watch the tachometer, does it "FLUTTER" when you crank???

No it does not flutter. Also a few more items the vehicle does a brand new battery which I have been keeping charged due to the various attempts at starting it. Also I rang out the crankshaft position sensor I have 12v, ground and signal coming from it changing from 0 to 5 v as it passes through the cps. I also scanned it and have a P0183 fuel temp sensor circuit A high. Now before I did the TB I disconnected the battery so I lost any codes from before. I don't have manual for this vehicle can someone point me to the fuel pump relay and asd relay so I can check those.

Underhood fuse box, Flip the cover over, and Find MFI or MAIN relay.....You have a Mitsu design, so it wont be called ASD....But performs the same function....There is no Fuel pump relay.

There is no relay labeled main or MFI. Here is a pic of the pdc. Does any one have the ecu pinouts so I can see if I am getting signal from the ecu side.
