Cruise control buttons not illuminated

Default Cruise control buttons not illuminated

I can't believe on a vehicle that cost so much the cruise control buttons on the steering wheel are not illuminated. Or are mine just not working ????

some years they did some they did not cant tell ya which ones I just one it was in some and not the others. Take one off and look and see if there is a bulbs in them if so then u know from there.

Do the cruise contol buttons just snap off ? My wife would kill me if I broke her ride.

REMOVAL The speed control switches are mounted in the steering wheel and wired through the clock spring device under the airbag module. WARNING: IF REMOVAL OF AIRBAG MODULE IS NECESSARY, REFER TO THE RESTRAINT SYSTEMS SECTION FOR MORE INFORMATION. [ol][*]Remove the negative battery cable.[*]Turn off ignition.[*]Remove the air bag, refer to the restraint section for more information.[*]Remove the screw from bottom of the switch.[*]Remove switch from steering wheel.[*]Disconnect two-way electrical connector.[*]Repeat for the other switch.[/ol]
