Default Dash lights electrical gremlins?

Hi all, my 2001 2.1CRD Grand Voyager seems to have an electrical gremlin I'm trying to get to the bottom of.

A few days ago when my wife drove the car the SRS light came on and stayed on the whole time she drove then car.
The next time she got in the car it had gone out but then the next journey the ABS light came on and again, the next time she got in the car it had gone out again.
Yesterday when pulling off the driveway she said the handbrake warning light stayed on even though she made sure the handbrake was all the way off.

I am assuming this is more of an electrical issue giving false warning lights instead of actual issues with all of those systems.
Any ideas?

Many thanks
Mike

Well the ABS one means, like mine your going to have to change the ABS sensors quite soon. Was there someone sitting in passenger seat when SRS light was lit.
Handbrake light, had that, made me wonder, got that after changing my back brake caliphers. Like tickling the dogs back feet, he knows you know..
For all, try disconnecting battery for half an hour, this cures/reboots odd problems.

Ok, just to update. I got my facts a little incorrect. All is true except what I said about the ABS light, that never went out and is still on now so I think as first pointed out this is a genuine fault likely to be a sensor. The handbrake light is intermittent so I'm wondering if perhaps it's a loose switch. I assume it's housed withing the handle somewhere? As for the SRS light, nothing since that one time and no, there was no one apart from the driver in the car.
I know someone at work with a code reader so hopefully this will point out the ABS sensor at fault. I'll keep you posted.
Cheers
Mike
