The Autel 508 {04-07}, is now the 908. The x431 is now in many manifestations.
Both work. I have the ori x431 [grey] and a UK garage level [registered boxed set] 508.

Would love to be able to afford a x431 pro v as I know how much it can do. But as I no longer work on anything but my own cars I cannot justify the outlay cost.
This tool is Chrysler group specific and looks like it can do lots of special functions only found in more expensive equipment.
I highly recommend the product.

Thankyou, that's loads of help :-) I've located the same tool here in the uk it's a Vident ilink400 single make scanner, but the vident side also states you can add up to 5 makes per scanner for $60 per make. It's on order now should have it in the next 2 days. Will post if it works.
Vident ilink400 is a good tool,I have got FORD, GM and BMW software,60usd for one software,it's cheap yep,Vident iLink400 for FORD, GM are supported until 2019,
