Disturbing metallic rattling noise

try checking all of the brake lines to make sure none are loose, and all fittings around the flexible hoses.

Finally I have pinned down the source of the problem. It was the inner break pad's anti-rattling clip which must have felt off making the pad possible to freely move between the brake cilinder and the disk.

I new set of break pads should solve the issue.

Anyway, thanks to everyone for your advices.
