Hi all, can anyone advise how to completely drain engine oil from 2006 2.8 grand voyager crd. after removing drain plug and filter i am only able to get about 4 to 5 litres out and afaik there should be 6.5litre in there and yes, the oil was showing full on dipstick.

Hi,

There is only 5.1Liter of oil in the CRD, there is 0.5L more in the oil filter and its circuit.

So it's normal that you only have 4-5L at the drain. You have to put 5.6L of oil 5w40 normally.
