Default E85 Fuel

Can anyone tell mehow to find out ifa vehicle will run on E85 fuel? I have a 97 T&C with the 3.8L. The fuel cap door has a E85 sticker on it but i'm not sure if it really is a flex fuel type.

I don't think any 3.8 engines are flex fuel, are you positive it says E85 or maybe just Ethanol? All are capable of E10.
Here is a link to the list.

Ok i doubled checked and it says ethanol (E85) or unleaded only so im assuming it can run on E85. Is there any way to find out for sure, i checked that site you gave me but it came up saying something about needing excel to open the file.
