Engine cutting out

Default Engine cutting out

Need help chrysler grand voyager 2.5 crd on a 03 plate . driving a long and it just cuts out no lights on the dash come on . stop the car turn the key off start it up again starts ok and away you go a mile or two down the road and it cuts out again i am thinking fuel fault any help and info would be very much appreciated .

Need to get the fault code out of it. Try the key dance..

If code is P0235 its the MAP.

I'd always start with the fuel filter.

When was the filter last changed? On the '03, I'm thinking it'll be at the rear of the car, inside a plastic bowl next to the fuel tank. If you don't know when it was done, I'd change it.

Not sure if the '03 suffers from the cracked filter housing or not, that would possibly be seen by pulling the electrical connector to the filter bowl and check for damage in there.
