engine noise

Default engine noise

me again, as a new Voyager owner i am trying to work out any noises etc that happen and i am finding during driving.

i have a 2005 stow and go UK edition (Auto). when engine gets up to revs and is ready to change gear there is a slight Zing noise, it only seems to happen in the lower gears but its enough to panic the Mrs, does anyone have any ideas on this?

Default Zing Noise.

My car has a Ringing noise from the engine when its sitting idling. Have checked everywhere and expected it to possibly disappear after Cambelt kit fitted as had this same fault with a Vectra way back. But its still there and engine in car is performing well. So I have taken noise to be akin to exhaust resonance.
