Question Fading paint spot

I have had a 2015 T&C for 2 years. Today at the carwash, I noticed a faded paint spot on the front bumper under the parking light. I looked at it from different angles to be sure & it is a faded area. I went by the local dealer but they don't have a body shop and didn't have any information to share. Does anyone know if there are paint issues on any of the fairly recent models? Should anyone wonder - it is red and I know red can fade faster than some of the other colors; however, the van 'lives' in the garage & has less than 50K miles (barely 20K since I got it).

Hi mirolex,

If you decide to visit another location, let us know. We'd be glad to get this escalated to a Case Specialist once an appointment is confirmed.

Would you suggest a Chrysler location with its own body shop or an independent body shop?

I would think that a dealer with a body shop would be best, because they would have someone who knows paint, and it would be easier for it to be examined by a Chrysler representative.
