Default Fuel filter

I have an 03 Town & Country 3.3L. I need to replace the fuel filter. Can anyone tell me the best way relieve the pressure from the system. I don't want to get sprayed with gas today.

I actually just looked this up today. The unfortunate part is it sounds like you need to drop the gas tank to do this job.

Remove the fuel pump relay from the Power Distribution Center (PDC). Start the vehicle until it stalls. Try and start the vehicle several times to verify the system is fully relieved. Reinstall the relay once all repair procedures have been completed

Thank you for the help. The job is done and I have to say it was not that hard at all. I used a piece of 2 x 6 long enough to cover both tank straps and a floor jack. I only had to lower the tank on one side about eight inches to remove the one 10mm bolt and fuel lines. Removing the fuel relay and cranking the vehicle several times works great. Still had some fuel in the line but no pressure. Thank you again.
