I have a 2016 Town and Country. When I first bought it I had this problem where when I pressed the Nav button it would go to a screen that said Guidance by Garmin and just stays there and never goes back to the GPS.

I found a video on Yourtube that showed how to perform a soft reset on the system and it worked fine and hasn't had a problem for 2 years until today when it started doing the same thing. I looked on youtube but cannot find the same video.

Will someone please help by laying out the instructions for resetting the uconnect system?
