Hi,

I have 2 DVD players in the headrests of the front seats, obviously facing the two single seats in the centre of the car.

When I plug in earphones (which do work) the sound continues to come out of the screen, rather than the headphones, as though they are still not plugged in.
They both worked fine a few months back, so I imagine one of my kids has played around with the settings.

I'm sure this is just a simple setting, but I've tried the obvious Stop button (which also has a pic of headphones) and that doesn't seem to do anything.
I think the problem initially occurred when they decided to watch the same DVD and changed the mode so that one played the DVD and it fed both screens.

It's driving me mad (pardon the pun!)

 

I'm pretty sure that if the players/screens are mounted in the headrests then they are aftermarket items, not Chrysler. If you can find out the manufacturer then you should be able to download a user guide.
