I found the leak! But, I'm not sure where it is coming from. I slid under the van and took a few photos. The photos are taken under the van, looking at the driver's side of the radiator near the front wheel. I'm actually under the overflow reservoir. In these photos, you can see radiator fluid on the bottom the overflow container, on the hoses coming from the radiator, and on a "valve" with a plastic red cap on it. I'm not sure where the leak is originating. Can you tell anything from the photos?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

What is the red "cap" in the photo? Is this a valve or flow control that might need replacing?

I took another picture from the out in front of the van, looking under the driver's side headlight and through the intake air vents. Here, you can see the bottom right-hand side of the radiator and the "red cap" looks wet but I can't tell if the leak is coming from there or if it is running down from the top of the radiator. Thoughts?

Does a leaky radiator mean I have to replace the radiator or is their a repair for this?

My mechanic replaced the radiator today. Tomorrow, he is replacing the alternator because it is making a grinding sound at idle speed. Ho hum...around the bowl and down the hole goes my money. :>(
