I feel your pain. I'm having a very similar issue with my 2014 T&C (23,600 miles). The dealer has been working on it for two days now. :/

It is a year that I have been traveling between Italy and Switzerland to solve the problem. Chrysler assistance is a disaster for Europa. In Switzerland they have estimated me $ 12000 with the possibility of not finding the problem.

The problem does it to me by turning on the high radio, accelerating without steering. A cold engine does not.
