Default help with start problem

hello there i am new here so please be gentle with me

my name is Michael and i live in Sweden now but i was born and raised in england

ok now to my problem

(it was raining and windy don't know if this is anything to do with the problem)

last Sunday we were all out with the car for a long drive with no problems at all with the car starting, the next day the car stood still and didn't move and on Tuesday evening i tried to start the car all the dash lights are working with the ignition on the only things i have noticed that arenot working are the radio, the front/rear wipers and the and the starter motor which dosent do anything.

i am guessing that it is an electrical fault but i have no clue as to what can link the starter motor and the wipers together

i have looked at the main fuse box in the car but i cant see any fuses that are gone.

any and all advice is greatly welcome

thanks michael
