Horn&steering wheel controls not working, but CC works

Hi everyone my Horn steering wheel controls stopped working but the cruise control works, also the left side of the instrument cluster is now not working, anyone has a clue what this could be?

For info - replaced the cluster with a scrapjard one, everthing works now.
