Default How to replace the Serpentine belt on a 2005 T&C?

How do you replace the Serpentine belt on a 2005 T&C? Our has over 100K and has not been replaced. I changed one long time ago on our old 94 Voy Van but was hoping it would be easier on this one.

Anyone have a write up?

Thanks.

I'd replace the idler and tensioner. Not much $$, and a pain to do it later if you need to. Easier to get all the parts at one time, do it right, and move on. Tensioners get noisy after a while, and the idlers seem to go without warning (at least for me). For 30 or 40 for the tensioner, and 10-15 for the idler, isn't worth fooling with.

The belt does not look that bad. After taking the guard off I found I need a special tool to remove the tension off the belt. The tensioner has a 1/2" hole in it but it is so close to the frame that I can not get a 1/2" racket in there. Do they make a special tool or do I need to make one? I might just change the pulleys once I have the right tools.

Thanks.
