Default How is the transmission fluid cooled on the Town and Country?

Hello,

How is the transmission fluid cooled in the Town and Country? Does it flow through the radiator? or some other method?

Any help appreciated.

If you have any links or resources you could point me to, I'd especially appreciate it.

thanks!

it definitely goes to a core in the radiator if you follow the lines. I imagine that a premium version or one made for towing may have an auxiliary cooler or they just put a bigger radiator in it. I just put a mishimoto auxilary one on mine to help keep fluid cool for towing my bass boat.

I'll be looking at my first Chrysler mini van on Monday. It's a neighbor's car.
Does the transmission drain pan have a plug to facilitate drain and fills?

No, the original pan does not have a drain plug. You can purchase an aftermarket (Dorman) pan that does.
