I have a 98 T&C/3.8. My wife noticed a squeaking noise when turning the wheel. I dont think its from the outer tie rod, ball joint , or strut. It sounds like its coming from the inner tie rod. Are these greasable or replaceable on a 98? If so, how hard of a job is it? My Haynes manual doesnt give any details on doing this.

Normally you need a new steering rack by the time you start looking at those parts.
