Default Left turn signal stays on

'04 Town & Country Limited

After making a left turn, the turn signal lever stays down and the blinker stays on. I can hear it clicking as the steering wheel comes back to its normal position, but the lever doesn't pop back up like it's supposed to. Anyone know how to resolve this?

Chris

the clock spring has the tab on it when the wheel goes back to the center it hits the tabs and turns the switch off.
