I have the same problem on the Drivers side. I recently ordered a strut tower repair kit. I think it was around $20. I'll let you know how it goes once I get it.

If you google "chrysler strut tower repair kit" you'll see several places that offer them.

Finished the strut tower repair this evening. Overall I was impressed with the replacement cap. After cleaning up the worst of the rust, I welded in a few smaller pieces for extra support. The rivets that were sent with the kit were too large for my rivet gun, so I chose instead to weld the new cap in place. After welding, I sprayed it with a color close (not exact match).

And questions? feel free to ask.
