3/25/19 UPDATE: Found what is needed for the P0032 code...AFTER buying a NEW DVOM, and getting specs from the manual you linked(took some serious looking). A new O2 sensor is all that's needed!
NOW while waiting for the sensor to arrive, I'm going to try and open up my TIPM with the bad horn circuit and see if I can figure a fix to that!

@ BiliTheAxe...Thanks again for the PDF link! I put the original TIPM/ Fuse panel back in and from the manuals wiring schematics, I made an external wire circuit to replace the printed boards bad circuit, it was the horn ground circuit in the TIPM. NOT a "factory repair, but the horn now works and I have my radio sound too. Now just have to wait for the O2 sensor to arrive!
