Default making 2005 T&C into 8 seater?

I have a 2005 T&C that has quad captain chairs and stow n go. Could I take out the captain chairs and put a split bench in the 2nd row? I never use stow n go, don't care for it and could use the extra seat. Would another bench bolt in or do I need an adapter kit? Thx!

See this post: https://www.chryslerforum.com/forum/...version-15974/

Converting a Stow 'n' Go arrangement to 8 seats would be much more difficult because the floor mountings are totally different between the Stow 'n' Go and fixed seats.

And apart from that you'll have to tell your insurance Co. all about it. If you don't and there's a claim you'll find problems...
