Mygig RER and VES technical question
Hello to all!
I have a 2008 T&C touring. Bought and installed a Mygig RER P05064400AJ head unit and a mopar PN# 82211707 media system monitor. This is a 2009 updated 9" monitor, installed in the long overhead console for the second row. In the installation instructions it is kinda confusing how to connect the plugs of the supplied harness to the head unit. Particularily the 10 pin plug if it gets connected or not in the case of only one monitor. The 10 pin plug will fit in the center of the head unit, but the pin layout indicates that there is the place for the U-connect. I tried it connected, took the car to the dealer to update the VIN with the sales codes for both. The Mygig works just fine, but not the monitor. I am getting on the screen after I press "MODE" on the remote a list of options like AM, FM, HDD, DVD, AUX but will not scroll in order to select. If anybody can help to figure tis out greatly appreciated

I have the suspicion that both of the codes listed in the kit instructions needs to be added, and i am not sure vhat is actually has been done. You cannot go in and see what they are doing to your car "for safety" reasons. I will try to call them tomorrow.
Thanks for the tip.
